By submitting any content for distribution via SonicScoop Music, you confirm that:

2. Grant of License
When you submit content to SonicScoop Music, you grant Weird.inc Group Ltd and its distribution and promotional partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, and make the content available on digital service providers (DSPs) and related platforms for the purpose of executing our services.
You may revoke this license by terminating your agreement with us, subject to any applicable notice or contractual terms.
3. Copyright Infringement Notification Procedure (DMCA/GDPR-compliant)
If you believe that any material available on or through SonicScoop Music infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice of infringement to our Designated Copyright Officer at:

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
SonicScoop Music reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users or entities who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. This includes artists, labels, or contributors who receive multiple verified infringement notices.
6. Rights Management and Metadata
To ensure proper rights management, all metadata must be accurate and reflect true authorship and ownership. Misrepresentation of ownership, fraudulent claims of rights, or metadata manipulation will result in:

7. Additional Notes for Distributors and Labels
SonicScoop Music collaborates with labels, publishers, and independent artists. Labels are responsible for verifying the copyright of works submitted under their account. SonicScoop Music is not liable for disputes between artists and labels unless previously notified in writing with adequate evidence.

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you by email or on our website.
